FAQ (How
to ExoFEST):
Seating is limited - this event is held in a night-club setting. You may be standing for the duration of the film. Seating is on a "first come, first serve" basis.
No piracy will be tolerated EVER.
Intoxication and beligerant behavior will not be tolerated. Patrons are there to enjoy the entertainment in a quiet, pleasant atmosphere.
Regular theatre etiquette will apply - no cell phones or pagers please!
Re-entry to the venue will be subjective. If it is a busy night, there is no guarantee that you will be re-admitted.
If you are reserving seats for other people please limit it to 3 reserved seats for one person present.
All coats and large bags will be checked, no exceptions.
Government issued photo ID will be required for admittance. No exceptions
No backpacks or large purses will be permitted.
Anyone caught with an illegal recording device will have the device confiscated and will be charged with piracy.
All films are kept under lock and key at our offices until festival dates.
Films for that night are transported in a lock box by a board member to the venue.
Any screenings for board members take place at our offices. No film is permitted to leave our offices for any reason. Press screening copies will be provided by the film producers at their discretion.
All films will be accompanied by a board member to and from the projection area.
